9-INCH WXGA HD SCREEN

The large 9-inch WXGA touch screen has a resolution of 1280 x 720p and includes over 2.7 million pixel elements - making icons, menus and visual content extremely sharp and vivid in your dashboard. The display is attached to an adjustable mount connected to a single-DIN chassis designed to fit into most 1DIN or 2DIN dash openings.

WIRELESS APPLE CARPLAY

iLX-F905D "Works with Apple CarPlay" wirelessly and lets iPhone users make and receive calls, access and write text messages, play music. Apple CarPlay is accessed via the touchscreen or the microphone button to enable Siri voice control. Because of the WiFi connection, you can have your iPhone in your pocket and don't have to connect it all the time (except when charging).

2 X USB PORTS

Although the Alpine Halo9 does not have a built-in CD/DVD drive, you still have plenty of entertainment options. 2 USB ports located on the back of the device allow you, for example, to connect one mobile device for charging, while the other USB port is used to connect a USB stick or hard drive to access audio and video files.

ADJUSTABLE SCREEN

With five vertical adjustments, choice of free angle and two separate depths, you can place the "floating" display in the most optimal position, so you still have access to your control panels and air vents. The user can now freely adjust the viewing angle at any time to achieve the best visibility and to avoid glare from sunlight.

BUILT-IN CLASS-D AMPLIFIER

The iLX-F905D is the world's first head unit with a built-in 4x 50 watt Class-D amplifier – allowing excellent, high-end sound reproduction. The main advantage of Class-D amplification technology is its high efficiency of around 90% compared to 50 - 70% of Class AB amplifiers. New high-speed fans with internal cooling plates keep your Alpine radio cool - while the music plays.

WIDE ENTERTAINMENT OPPORTUNITIES

The brand new DAB/radio tuner allows DAB – FM switch and lets you enjoy radio reception without interruptions. Next, the increased USB video playback formats (MP4, MOV, FLV, MKV), the Alpine Halo9 offers many additional entertainment options: the built-in Bluetooth module allows audio streaming from your phone, and the HDMI input enables the connection of an external video playback device. You can of course use Android Auto with any compatible smartphone running Android (wired connection)

DRIVE-ASSIST CAMERAS

A reversing camera is a great way to get a good overview when reversing. The camera image is displayed automatically when you shift into reverse gear. Alpine offers a wide range of front and rear facing cameras, including multi-view cameras with optional viewing angles. You can even view the camera screen and the parking sensor screen simultaneously if your car supports it

WIRELESS CONTROL BUTTON

The separately available RUE-BK01 control button connects wirelessly to the Alpine Halo9 and can be installed on the left or right side of the touch screen. Alternatively, you can also place the control knob elsewhere in the vehicle with a simple custom installation. Turning the knob adjusts the head unit's volume, while pressing it activates the rear camera on the screen.
Note: this control button has no function if wireless Apple CarPlay is active.
